Incorporated functionality from the previous editor (Dojo.js) into the current (React.js) with UX and QoL improvements, such as user-defined HTML/CSS at the block level and color-correction enforcement of hidden unsubscribe links. On-call bug-fixing and support of other intra/extra-team initiatives.
Expanded the flexibility of the multichannel editing platform to support features like multi-column designs which were not envisioned during creation. Proposed and instantiated reallocation of resources to address architectural shortcomings in order to expedite development of dependent projects. Calculated and emulated movements made by the 2.5m telescope at Mt Abu InfraRed Observatory (MIRO) in Rajasthan, India. Designed and created a C/C++/LabVIEW-based TCS (Telescope Control System), allowing researchers to set and fine-tune programs with in-built safety mechanisms.
Computation of the dynamics of the telescope were distributed across PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) in an intranet-only environment, so communication protocols and safeguards were developed in collaboration with the contractee. Accommodated for revisions during Alpha and Beta stages.
